A Gulf tea and coffee booth is wonderful and it is also, at 3pm in July in Anaheim, a hard sell to a fourteen-year-old. The dirty soda bar solves that. Soda finished with cream, flavoured syrup and fruit purée, built to order at the same counter — cold, sweet, endlessly customisable and caffeine-free if you want it that way.

How it works

A booth, a counter, and a queue that keeps forming

We bring a branded canopy, a served counter, and pots of tea and coffee brewed the way they are brewed in the Gulf. Because everything is brewed in volume before the doors open, we hand out a hot cup every few seconds rather than every few minutes.

That matters most at the moments events actually get busy: the end of a ceremony, a conference break, the hour after sunset at a Ramadan bazaar. The booth is designed to absorb a crowd, and the setup is designed to be photographed while it does.
