What we do
Seven ways the booth shows up
Chai catering
Real karak — loose black tea, green cardamom and evaporated milk, simmered in the pot and poured hot into your guests' hands.
Learn more →Tea catering
Karak, sulaimani, sage and ginger lemon — four distinct teas brewed in the pot and served hot from a branded booth.
Learn more →Coffee catering
Arabic, Turkish, Saudi and French coffee — plus a Spanish latte — brewed in dallahs and cezves and poured across a served counter.
Learn more →Arabic coffee
Gahwa poured from a long-spouted dallah into small finjan cups — the Gulf welcome ritual, brought to your event.
Learn more →Turkish coffee
Ground fine as powder, simmered one small pot at a time, and poured unfiltered so the grounds settle in the cup.
Learn more →Dessert catering
Crisp shredded pastry over soft cheese, baked golden, soaked in syrup and served warm — with a cup of karak beside it.
Learn more →Dirty soda bar
Soda finished with cream, syrup and fruit, built to order — the cold, caffeine-free half of the booth, and the one the kids queue for.
Learn more →Why we are different
Southern California has almost nowhere to get a proper cup of karak.
Every event vendor list in Orange County offers the same short menu: lattes, cold brew, lemonade, a dessert cart. All perfectly good, and all things your guests have had a hundred times before.
We brought something else. Karak chai simmered with green cardamom and evaporated milk. Gahwa poured from a long-spouted dallah into small cups, with dates. Turkish coffee made one cezve at a time. Kunafa still warm. And, because a Gulf menu alone would leave half a family party out, a made-to-order dirty soda bar.
For guests who grew up in the Gulf it is the taste of home. For everyone else it is the first thing they will tell someone about on Monday.

How it works
A booth, a counter, and a queue that keeps forming

We bring a branded canopy, a served counter, and pots of tea and coffee brewed the way they are brewed in the Gulf. Because everything is brewed in volume before the doors open, we hand out a hot cup every few seconds rather than every few minutes.
That matters most at the moments events actually get busy: the end of a ceremony, a conference break, the hour after sunset at a Ramadan bazaar. The booth is designed to absorb a crowd, and the setup is designed to be photographed while it does.
- Branded canopy, calligraphy panels and feather flags included
- Served counter — guests are handed a cup, not left to self-serve
- Hot and cold menu so the booth works in July as well as December
- Indoor or outdoor, with our own setup and breakdown

Reviews from Google
“Honestly one of the best Karak experiences in California. Mohammad really knows what he's doing. Every cup hits different, rich, smooth, and full of authentic Eastern flavor. You can literally taste the spices, the warmth, the culture in every sip. It's not just tea, it feels like a small trip to the Middle East right here in Cali. If you're into real Karak, this place is a must.”
“I had the pleasure of having The Dubai Karak at my birthday celebration, and they truly exceeded every expectation. They were so kind, generous, and welcoming, creating such a beautiful atmosphere from the moment they arrived. The karak was absolutely amazing, rich and authentic, and they offered so much more than just drinks. Every detail, from their presentation to their outfits, was executed perfectly from A to Z. They brought such a luxurious, elevated vibe that made everyone fall in love with the experience and truly made my party unforgettable!”
“I drink Karak very frequently and I've tried it here and it was the best Karak I've tried so far. I recommend everyone trying it out!”

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is karak chai?
Karak is strong black tea brewed with green cardamom, sugar and evaporated milk until it turns deep amber. It is the everyday tea of Dubai and the wider Gulf, sold from roadside cafeterias in small cups. Ours is brewed in the pot, not mixed from a syrup.
What makes this different from the usual event drinks?
The Dubai Karak is a Gulf tea and coffee service. Karak is brewed in the pot with green cardamom and evaporated milk, gahwa is poured from a brass dallah, and Turkish coffee is made to order in a cezve. Because everything is brewed in volume ahead of the pour, we hand out a hot cup every few seconds — and the menu is one your guests have almost certainly never been offered at an event.
What areas do you serve?
Orange County and Los Angeles County, including Anaheim, Irvine, Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, Long Beach and Glendale.
What kinds of events do you cater?
Weddings, nikkah and mehndi celebrations, corporate events and conference breaks, brand activations, festivals and night markets, Ramadan and Eid bazaars, birthdays, graduations and private parties.
What is on the menu?
Tea: Dubai karak chai, sulaimani, sage, ginger lemon and iced tea. Coffee: Arabic, Turkish, Saudi and French coffee plus a Spanish latte. Cold: a made-to-order dirty soda bar. Food: chips and cheese paratha, and warm kunafa.
Do you bring your own setup?
Yes. The branded canopy, Arabic calligraphy panels, feather flags, counter and all equipment travel with us, and we handle setup and breakdown.
Do you have options for guests avoiding caffeine?
Yes — ginger lemon tea, sage tea and a dirty soda bar that can be built entirely caffeine-free.
