The booth is a black-and-blush calligraphy canopy before it is a drinks station, which is why hosts tend to put it where people gather rather than tucking it at the back.
Alongside the hot menu we run iced tea and a made-to-order dirty soda bar, so a summer afternoon in El Segundo works as well as an evening in December. Kunafa and the chips-and-cheese paratha cover the food side.

How it works
A booth, a counter, and a queue that keeps forming
We bring a branded canopy, a served counter, and pots of tea and coffee brewed the way they are brewed in the Gulf. Because everything is brewed in volume before the doors open, we hand out a hot cup every few seconds rather than every few minutes.
That matters most at the moments events actually get busy: the end of a ceremony, a conference break, the hour after sunset at a Ramadan bazaar. The booth is designed to absorb a crowd, and the setup is designed to be photographed while it does.
