Chai catering for events in Ventura

For a Ventura County city of roughly 110,000 people, Ventura punches well above its weight on events — and it is a market where a Gulf tea and coffee booth still surprises people.

Ventura is roughly 97 miles from Corona — at the outer edge of where we travel. We do take these bookings, but we schedule them as a dedicated trip and will be straight with you about travel and timing when we quote.

Nothing is asked of your venue beyond a place to stand. The canopy, counter, panels and every piece of equipment travel with us, and we clear the space afterwards. We regularly quote for Oxnard and Port Hueneme on the same trips, so if your venue sits between them the logistics usually work out well.

Why chai catering works at a Ventura event

A served booth behaves differently to a self-service urn. Everything is brewed in volume before doors open, so when a ceremony ends and two hundred people move at once, the counter keeps handing cups over instead of forming a queue that never clears.

For a Ventura event that usually matters most in a twenty-minute window — after the ceremony, at a conference break, or in the hour after sunset during Ramadan. We plan the pour around whenever your rush actually lands.

Signature

The signature. Strong black tea, cardamom, evaporated milk, brewed and poured to order.

Sulaimani Tea

سليماني

Black tea with no milk, brightened with lemon and a little spice. The Gulf digestif.

Sage Tea

ميرمية

Maramiya — fresh sage steeped with black tea. Herbal, warming, naturally caffeine-light.

Ginger Lemon Tea

Fresh ginger and lemon, steeped hot. The caffeine-free option that isn't an afterthought.

Iced Tea

Chilled and lightly sweetened — the outdoor-event workhorse.

How it works

A booth, a counter, and a queue that keeps forming

We bring a branded canopy, a served counter, and pots of tea and coffee brewed the way they are brewed in the Gulf. Because everything is brewed in volume before the doors open, we hand out a hot cup every few seconds rather than every few minutes.

That matters most at the moments events actually get busy: the end of a ceremony, a conference break, the hour after sunset at a Ramadan bazaar. The booth is designed to absorb a crowd, and the setup is designed to be photographed while it does.

  • Branded canopy, calligraphy panels and feather flags included
  • Served counter — guests are handed a cup, not left to self-serve
  • Hot and cold menu so the booth works in July as well as December
  • Indoor or outdoor, with our own setup and breakdown

★★★★★
Honestly one of the best Karak experiences in California. Mohammad really knows what he's doing. Every cup hits different, rich, smooth, and full of authentic Eastern flavor. You can literally taste the spices, the warmth, the culture in every sip. It's not just tea, it feels like a small trip to the Middle East right here in Cali. If you're into real Karak, this place is a must.

I had the pleasure of having The Dubai Karak at my birthday celebration, and they truly exceeded every expectation. They were so kind, generous, and welcoming, creating such a beautiful atmosphere from the moment they arrived. The karak was absolutely amazing, rich and authentic, and they offered so much more than just drinks. Every detail, from their presentation to their outfits, was executed perfectly from A to Z. They brought such a luxurious, elevated vibe that made everyone fall in love with the experience and truly made my party unforgettable!

Questions

Ventura — common questions

Do you cover Ventura?

Yes, though Ventura is roughly 97 miles from our Corona base, so we schedule it as a dedicated trip. Send your date and we will confirm availability and any travel cost up front.

What do you serve at a Ventura event?

Everything on our menu comes to Ventura — karak chai and the tea line-up, four traditional coffees plus a Spanish latte, the dirty soda bar, chips and cheese paratha, and kunafa served warm.

Do you bring your own setup to Ventura?

We arrive self-contained: canopy, panels, flags, counter and equipment, with setup and breakdown handled by us. Indoor halls and open lots both work.

How far ahead should we book a Ventura date?

Sooner is better — Ramadan and the spring-to-autumn wedding run are the first to go. Drop your date in the form and we will tell you within minutes whether it is open.

Do you serve other cities near Ventura?

Yes — we cover Ventura County broadly, including Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Santa Paula. If your venue is nearby, ask and we will confirm.
