Arabic coffee catering for events in West Covina
Events in West Covina run the whole spectrum, from backyard celebrations to Los Angeles County venue weddings. A population of about 107,000 means there is almost always something on.
We are based in Corona, about 20 miles away, so West Covina is a short run for us — easy to schedule around an early setup or a late finish.
The arabic coffee catering menu travels with everything it needs: the branded canopy, the calligraphy panels, the counter and the equipment. We set up, serve and break down ourselves. We regularly quote for Covina and La Puente on the same trips, so if your venue sits between them the logistics usually work out well.
Why arabic coffee catering works at a West Covina event
The booth is a black-and-blush calligraphy canopy before it is a drinks station, which is why hosts tend to put it where people gather rather than tucking it at the back.
Alongside the hot menu we run iced tea and a made-to-order dirty soda bar, so a summer afternoon in West Covina works as well as an evening in December. Kunafa and the chips-and-cheese paratha cover the food side.

How it works
A booth, a counter, and a queue that keeps forming

We bring a branded canopy, a served counter, and pots of tea and coffee brewed the way they are brewed in the Gulf. Because everything is brewed in volume before the doors open, we hand out a hot cup every few seconds rather than every few minutes.
That matters most at the moments events actually get busy: the end of a ceremony, a conference break, the hour after sunset at a Ramadan bazaar. The booth is designed to absorb a crowd, and the setup is designed to be photographed while it does.
- Branded canopy, calligraphy panels and feather flags included
- Served counter — guests are handed a cup, not left to self-serve
- Hot and cold menu so the booth works in July as well as December
- Indoor or outdoor, with our own setup and breakdown

Reviews from Google
“Honestly one of the best Karak experiences in California. Mohammad really knows what he's doing. Every cup hits different, rich, smooth, and full of authentic Eastern flavor. You can literally taste the spices, the warmth, the culture in every sip. It's not just tea, it feels like a small trip to the Middle East right here in Cali. If you're into real Karak, this place is a must.”
“I had the pleasure of having The Dubai Karak at my birthday celebration, and they truly exceeded every expectation. They were so kind, generous, and welcoming, creating such a beautiful atmosphere from the moment they arrived. The karak was absolutely amazing, rich and authentic, and they offered so much more than just drinks. Every detail, from their presentation to their outfits, was executed perfectly from A to Z. They brought such a luxurious, elevated vibe that made everyone fall in love with the experience and truly made my party unforgettable!”
“I drink Karak very frequently and I've tried it here and it was the best Karak I've tried so far. I recommend everyone trying it out!”
