Arabic coffee catering for events in Moorpark

Moorpark has roughly 36,000 residents and a steady calendar of weddings, mehndis, graduations and corporate mornings — all of which need something for guests to hold.

Moorpark is roughly 77 miles from Corona — at the outer edge of where we travel. We do take these bookings, but we schedule them as a dedicated trip and will be straight with you about travel and timing when we quote.

We are self-contained. The booth, the counter and all the equipment come on the van, which means Moorpark venues with no kitchen access still work fine. We regularly quote for Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley on the same trips, so if your venue sits between them the logistics usually work out well.

Why arabic coffee catering works at a Moorpark event

Most drinks vendors in Ventura County offer some version of the same menu. Ours is the one guests have not been handed before — karak simmered with green cardamom, gahwa poured from a brass dallah, Turkish coffee made to order in a cezve.

That difference does two things at once. Guests who grew up in the Gulf or South Asia recognise it immediately and usually come back for a second cup. Everyone else stops to watch the pour, which is exactly what you want happening near your drinks table.

How it works

A booth, a counter, and a queue that keeps forming

The Dubai Karak team standing inside their branded canopy booth at an outdoor event

We bring a branded canopy, a served counter, and pots of tea and coffee brewed the way they are brewed in the Gulf. Because everything is brewed in volume before the doors open, we hand out a hot cup every few seconds rather than every few minutes.

That matters most at the moments events actually get busy: the end of a ceremony, a conference break, the hour after sunset at a Ramadan bazaar. The booth is designed to absorb a crowd, and the setup is designed to be photographed while it does.

  • Branded canopy, calligraphy panels and feather flags included
  • Served counter — guests are handed a cup, not left to self-serve
  • Hot and cold menu so the booth works in July as well as December
  • Indoor or outdoor, with our own setup and breakdown

★★★★★
Honestly one of the best Karak experiences in California. Mohammad really knows what he's doing. Every cup hits different, rich, smooth, and full of authentic Eastern flavor. You can literally taste the spices, the warmth, the culture in every sip. It's not just tea, it feels like a small trip to the Middle East right here in Cali. If you're into real Karak, this place is a must.

I had the pleasure of having The Dubai Karak at my birthday celebration, and they truly exceeded every expectation. They were so kind, generous, and welcoming, creating such a beautiful atmosphere from the moment they arrived. The karak was absolutely amazing, rich and authentic, and they offered so much more than just drinks. Every detail, from their presentation to their outfits, was executed perfectly from A to Z. They brought such a luxurious, elevated vibe that made everyone fall in love with the experience and truly made my party unforgettable!
